What it means:
Learners practice teamwork, openness to diverse perspectives, clear communication, and collective problem-solving. Dialogue and empathy are at the centre of this work.
How we track growth:
-
Peer reviews and feedback
-
Observation of contributions in group settings
-
Evidence of active listening, articulation of ideas, and respectful debate
Collaboration & Communication

At X School, we’re not a school in the traditional sense—we’re a hub for a forward-thinking learning community. Rather than delivering a standardized program ourselves, we curate and facilitate partnerships, experiences, and resources that develop five essential human competencies that we believe every learner needs to thrive in an uncertain and evolving world
Our Community of Learning
The X School Approach
What it means:
We encourage a love of learning, perseverance, and optimism. Children embrace challenges, see mistakes as learning opportunities, and persist through difficulty.
How we track growth:
-
Documentation of effort over outcome (e.g., project iterations, revision cycles)
-
Student reflections on overcoming obstacles
Growth Mindset

What it means:
Learners develop self-awareness, clarity of values, purpose, confidence, and personal integrity. This competency anchors leadership and ethical decision-making.
How we track growth:
-
Identity-building exercises and presentations (“Who am I?” projects)
-
Student goal-setting and self-reflection records
-
Assessment of purposefulness and integrity in their choices and work
Sense of Self
What it means:
We help children see connections between ideas, ask powerful questions, and embrace complexity. This competency nurtures curiosity, pattern recognition, and critical thinking in a rapidly changing world.
How we track growth:
-
Observational records of problem-solving behaviors during collaborative projects
-
Reflection journals that capture evolving thought processes
-
Assessments of a child’s ability to link concepts across disciplines
Thinking Agility

What it means:
Children learn to recognize their emotions, regulate them effectively, understand the emotions of others, and build empathy. Emotional resilience, kindness, and relationship skills are core.
How we track growth:
-
Emotional check-ins and self-assessments
-
Guide feedback on emotional regulation and peer interactions
-
Family feedback loops to measure how children apply these skills at home

This modular structure makes X School both affordable and customizable, giving families the flexibility to build a rich, purpose-driven education around their child’s needs. We take care of a convenient one-payment tuition to cover our multiple programs and offerings.
As parents, educators, and founders, we are committed to inclusive learning and diversity. To uphold this belief, we offer financial aid tailored to each family’s circumstances, making our facility more accessible to a wide range of learners.
We also welcome homeschooling families who may be seeking part-time or enrichment-only options. These arrangements can be customized based on individual needs—offering flexibility while still providing the benefits of community, structure, and specialized learning opportunities.
Additionally, we provide a Subsidy Credit Program that allows parents to contribute their time, skills, or services in exchange for tuition support. This helps strengthen our learning community while honouring each family’s unique path to success.
